Check eligibility
Use the online checker or call us. We confirm the basics — county, home type, household size and income — in a few minutes.

Gather documents
We send a checklist (income proof or a HEAP/SNAP/SSI/TANF letter, a utility bill, landlord approval if you rent) and help if anything is missing.

Free home energy assessment
An auditor tests the house — blower door, infrared camera, combustion safety — and photographs the attic, walls and basement or crawlspace.

Program approval
We write the work scope and submit it to the grant program. You’ll see exactly what’s covered and anything you’d pay before you sign.

Installation
Our own crews do the work — air sealing first, then insulation, encapsulation and any health & safety items.
- 6
Final test & close-out
A second blower-door test proves the improvement. We submit the final paperwork and photos so the grant pays.
